Internal Server Error

    Installed plugin but when I try click on the “customize” menu option I get this error.

    Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Trid to re-install wordpress update and plug-in but get same errror.

    I’m using Cherry Framework, not sure if it’s relevant.

    Hi easyml9,
    In order to determine the best course of action to take could you answer the following questions for me please:

    1. Does the customizer work with your theme when the easy Google fonts plugin is disabled?
    2. If the answer to the first question is no: then does the customizer work when you have one of the default WordPress themes installed? (e.g. Twenty fourteen)
