Internal Server Error

Hello,

I’m using a genesis framwork with the lifestyle pro theme.

For the plugin status my Cloud optimization API key is verified with 4,984 credits remaining

gifsicle is installed
safe mode is off exec(): enabled
GD is installed
getimagesize(): installed

my problem is this: every time I try to optimize a file larger than about 550kb it doesn’t happen. If I do it in the bulk optimizer it just hangs up. If I try to do it from the media library I get this:

When I first got that I figured buying your cloud service would solve it… I was wrong. What do I need to do in order to optimize files larger than 550kb?
