Internal server error

    hello, when i go to click on the backup file (zip) i have internal server error!

    Can you tell me what i can do to fix this?

    hi probably it was a problem with htaccess…
    but i resolved downloading the file from ftp and upload it in the new site

    sorry for bad english..
