• We have an issue has happened with our website (http://balloonco-ksa.com), this caused by mistake from us, when we have made some changes in WordPress settings as follow:
In WordPress Address (URL) field, which was: http://balloonco-ksa.com, unfortunately, we changed to: http://balloonco-ksa.com/WP, Also, , we did same thing for Site Address (URL) field, then, we have saved changes. After that immediately, the issue has happened.
Now, we think our issue will solved by renaming .htaccess file, because the website was running before the changes has been made, but MUST we make BACKUP for the website data before that process (renaming .htaccess file)?, and how? because we couldn’t to access to our admin panel, Only the Internal server errors (error 500) screen is showing.

Kindly, we want clear steps for: How to fix this issue?
