Internal Server Error 500 since new update

Hello,

I use WP Fastest Cache pro and since your new update I get Internal Server Error 500 if I visit my website. I have tried to delete <IfModule mod_expires.c> but the error was not gone. I have now deaktivated the plugin and it works without this plugin.
