• I am getting an error when trying to Connect with GoToWebinar – can you shed some light as to what is causing this error please?

    {“error”:”server_error”,”error_description”:”Internal Server Error”}

    here is my server information

    Server architecture Linux 4.4.0-ui19102.015-uiabi1-infong-amd64 x86_64
    Web server Apache
    PHP version 7.2.18 (Supports 64bit values)

    Extension mysqli
    Server version 5.7.25-log

    Where is the error being displayed? Can you provide diagnostic info shown in the plugin settings?

    Thanks for your reply – there is no diagnostic info in the plugin. – I maked a quick movie but today it does not even take the organizer key and access token see
    mov 1 – shows where the error was before -http://yourjsu.com/mov1.mp4
    mov 2 shows me trying to recreate but not working – http://yourjsu.com/mov2.mp4

    I am more than willing to buy the pro version I just want to verify that it will work with my site so please let me know – I really need to use this

    Please send the diagnostic info, this in the support tab of the plugin settings.

    I assume you have a paid GoToWebinar subscription? This is a requirement of the plugin.
