Internal Server Error after Debug Mode Turned On

I just turned on the debug mode and the entire site got an internal server error. Then from the database I turned off all the plugin and reinstalled a fresh copy of Event Calendar and once I activate the plugin the website once again turns to Internal Server Error. Is there any way of fixing this?
