Internal Server Error after Submit

Migrated WordPress sites to new host. Everything was working fine on old host. Now getting an “Internal Server Error” when attempting to submit a new RFQ Quote Request.
RFQ request creates new order in WooCommerce, but emails are not being sent/received.Step 1: Add product to cart – works fine
Step 2: Checkout – works fine
Step 3: enter customer info and click “Submit Your Request for Quote”
Error displays in red bar in Firefox as “Internal Server Error” (on Chrome, we just get a red bar with no text)Checked error log on WooCommerce after each submission. Found the error in the WooCommerce – Status – Logs for the fatal error log entry. Here is the error log text:

NP Quote Request WooCommerce Version: Version 1.8.153No versions were changed on migrated site. All same versions worked fine on previous host.
