Internal server error – compatibility problem

    I want to report a bug I found or compatibility problem (I think so) into the last two updates I made on WordPress 3.6.1.
    With the first update all was ok until you publish posts: with “publish” or “update” you get an Internal server error.
    Instead updating to the latest version of the plugin I can’t even activate the plugin so I can’t use the plugin anymore.
    Any idea about this problem?
