Internal Server Error contact webmaster

I ignorantly changed the wordpress URL address in settings. It was denicezengo.com and I changed it to denicezengo.com.home. It threw me off the site and now I can’t log in. Its as though my username and password no longer exist.

Internal Server Error / contact [email protected] (which is me??)
I spoke to Bluehost (my server) and they said they can’t help me.
