Internal Server Error from Post Image

    I have just installed UPG 2.19 on WP 5.8.2. Attempting to upload an image from the Post Image page, no matter how small, fails with “Internal Server Error” after the uploading progress bar reaches 100% and the processing progress bar is somewhere around 30%. WP’s error_log shows nothing.
