Internal Server Error Recreating Thumbnails

    When I first upload new images, thumbnails are created without error.

    When I later go to the gallery and recreate thumbnails at a different size, I get failed errors for each image saying “A Failure Occurred.” Sometimes it will also say Internal Server Error.

    What is causing that and how can I fix it?
