I resynced with Cleantalk but it did not complete resolve this issue. When I do a scan, it gets to the Updating statues for the denied files and then pops the error display:

An Error
Internal server error.
Stage: get_denied_hashes

I had read in another post that re-syncing with CleanTalk would resolved the issue. It didn’t for me.

Any other suggestions other than uninstall and reinstall?

I am communicating with CleanTalk support via email. I provided access. They know the problem and are working on an update to fix it.

Just for the clarification, changing the PHP memory size to 256MB fixed the problem.
