• I am receiving an internal server error 500 when I try o log into my dashboard to build my site. I activated plug ins and a jet pack, trying to solve the problem of not being able to see any content in the split screen view. I am now unable to get into the dashboard at all. I am so frustrated!!! Please help!

  • If you have FTP access, log in and rename the individual plugin folders. That will disable them, and then you should be able to log in to the dashboard.

    Then rename the folders back to what they were one by one until you find the culprit.
