    Hi @pgilpat,

The Internal Server error means there’s something wrong with the server but it’s not too clear. Can you please check the error log?

You can go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs then look for the recent error log file.

Also, a good place to start for troubleshooting this issue would be to test for if this is either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem
    • If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Ok, I located the offending plugin and disabled, but now, my products have disappeared. I restored an older copy of the plugins, themes and core. Should I restore the accompanying database?

    Hello,

You can ask your host if they offer a staging site so that you will not touch the production site when performing the tests, or you can use this plugin WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site if you want to restore the database.

If that does not work, please provide the following:

** Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

** Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if any).

Let us know how that goes.

Ok, we figured out the missing products, so it’s just the incompatibility between Woo admin and the plugin Cool Timeline Pro. Thank you.

    Hi @pgilpat

Thank you for the update. Glad to hear you found the cause of the issue! I’m marking this thread as resolved now. If you have further questions, feel free to start a new topic.
