Internal "What links here" widget

It would be awesome if there were a widget that allowed to group internal pages that link to a particular page (similar to Wikipedia’s what links here page. eg. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:WhatLinksHere/WordPress )

This plug-in would work for internal links only, ensuring that spammers would not be able to leverage the linkback, and would improve SEO for the sites that use it as it would create an internal linking structure that would make every page that much stronger.

I’ve looked through the list of plugins out there but none seems to do that and it appears to me that this would be a great widget to put in the core package.
