When I view your site using Internet Explorer, the Add to Cart button (Ajouter au panier) does not display after making a $ choice from the options menu.
The conditional checkout fields plugin does not modify the product page at all, so I am guessing that this is either a theme issue, or perhaps another plugin is causing the issue.
I can see some warnings being displayed in Internet Explorer when viewing the product page, so I would start with those and see if you can narrow down the problem from there.
Hello Scott. Thank you for your prompt response.
I do not really understand your solution. I have disabled all plugins, and I have the same problem. It’s still special that it’s only with Internet Explorer?

My solution is that you would have to investigate what’s causing the problem on your site. There is something on your site causing this to work improperly, and I am fairly certain it is not the Conditional Checkout Field plugin.
Did you try switching to the TwentySixteen theme? If you disabled all plugins and the problem still happens, your theme may be interfering with the script that loads the button. Switching to TwentySixteen should resolve any theme related issues.
Also, try updating your site to the latest version of WordPress (4.6.1).
