Internet explorer messes up css?

    Hello
    I have a fresh install, all latest versions of WP and Zerif Lite on http://www.nirint.com..
    All is good using Chrome, safari on my mobile, and generally very happy, but Internet explorer (version 11.962.10586.0) and Edge seem to loose the css.
    The circles become squares, the footer bit where the Themeisle is mentioned moved to the left below the contacts, little icons are missing (arrows in top menu), content is displaced.
    Everything is latest version, up to date, and freshly installed, is there a problem with IE support?

    Can be closed, I was behind a firewall and seems they block js and css, cannot reproduce fault on other locations with same browser version.
