Internet Explorer Theme Issue

I’m having trouble getting my wordpress theme to show correctly in Internet Explorer 7. It looks fine in Chrome, Firefox and Opera and the problem only occurs in IE7 (possibly other IE versions, I am as yet unsure).

Now, I have made heavy edits to the theme as it was originally a theme purchased for a non-wordpress website (which you can see here). If you look at the static site versus the blog version of the same theme, you’ll notice that the website appears properly in IE7. I will admit it’s a complex theme, but I cannot find why it works in all other browsers but not IE. For comparison sake, I have the CSS for the website and blog both here.
