Introducing 'Name' Field on Subscribe2 Plugin

    Hi there,

    I have a /subscribe page and currently use the ‘Subscribe2’ plugin. I would like to introduce a ‘Name’ Field so that I can capture both names and email addresses but cannot seem to do this. Is anyone able to advise me how or even if this is possible? Thank you.
