Intuitive plugin and solid support

The UX was very smooth: for our use case we did not need to refer to the KB once since the UI had clear instructions at every step.
The functionally itself is great as it allows to have dev “environments” without needing to host a copy of our site separately, this was especially useful when handing over the site for further improvements down the line to our client.
We did not need any technical support so I cannot rate that part, but we had some issues with billing and after a quick back and forth with support they were able to understand our situation and solve our issue.
