Invalid backend configuration.

    Whenever I enable the PRO version, I get the following error:

    Invalid backend configuration.
    Readable volumes not available.

    Lite version works perfectly – no issues at all.

    I tried submitting a ticket via your website and haven’t received a response. It’s been several weeks now.

    Thought I’d try here instead.

    Thanks for getting in touch with us. We are happy to help.

    Please enable the pro version and go to WP File Manager>Preferences
    and check if you have changed the Public Root Path to something else.
    If it is changed then please set it back to default.

    If the issue still persists after changing the path to default then please share a screenshot/screen-recording of the following via email at [email protected] ?
    1. WP File Manager>Preferences
    2. WP File Manager>Settings

    @filemanagersupport Thanks very much! This has resolved the problem.

    I looked through those settings multiple times and I never spotted that. It was right there in front of me the entire time.
