Invalid backend configuration.

Whenever I enable the PRO version, I get the following error:
Invalid backend configuration.
Readable volumes not available.Lite version works perfectly – no issues at all.
I tried submitting a ticket via your website and haven’t received a response. It’s been several weeks now.
Thought I’d try here instead.
