    So, I just updated this plug-in successfully via the WordPress backend. Beforehand, it was running just fine and showcased all of the files that had been uploaded through the app. However, post update, I get this error:

    “Invalid backend response.
    Data is empty.”

    Any suggestions on how to fix this given I can’t access the Settings page unless I buy the app?

    Hey @jpglaser,

    Thanks for contacting the support. It might be your server permissions issue. Please delete the plugin and install it again. and for settings access. you need to buy the pro version.
