    Hello, I am a Spanish speaker and I have a problem importing users whose name contains “tildes” or the letter “ñ”. I have already saved the file in CSV UTF-8 format but I still have the same problem.

    Muy buenas, soy español así que me paso el día trabajando con CSV llenos de eñes, tildes e incluso alguna cedilla catalana. Siempre sin problema.

    Uso LibreOffice sobre Linux para manejar los CSV y aparte la tabla de usermeta (y en general todas) las tengo en utf8mb4.

    Revisa esto por si acaso porque no deberías tener problemas.
