    Hi there 👋

Thanks for reaching out, and I totally get the urgency — let’s get this sorted quickly so your campaign can go out as planned!

The error “Invalid data provided for ‘link’ field” typically means that one of the links in your campaign isn’t in the correct format. The easiest way to identify the exact issue is to click the “Review issue” button that appears with the error message. It will take you directly to the problematic block.

    Here’s what to look for:

    • Make sure every link in your content (especially buttons and images) uses a full URL, like this: https://support.omnisend.com/en/
(Avoid partial links like www.example.com or /page — they’ll trigger this error.)
    • If you’ve recently updated your Brand assets, such as social media links or default URLs, double-check that those are also in the correct format. Even a small typo or missing “https://” can cause problems.

You can find a step-by-step guide on managing your Brand assets here: Brand assets management guide

If this doesn’t resolve the error or if you’re short on time, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team via the in-app chat. They’ll gladly take a quick look and help make the necessary changes to keep your campaign on schedule — your success matters to us.
