Invalid data sent by server

    Hi,

    The following errors appeared in Even Manager:
    “Your server is sending an invalid country, ct, email, fbc, fbp, fn, ip_address, ln, phone, user_agent, zip parameters value for your Signal event. This may be because there was an error in the parameter value.
    This may cause issues with the attribution and delivery optimization of ad campaigns that are using this event.”

    Have you seen this before? what can I do to fix this?

    The error was caught with PageView and Signal event.
    “Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for Signal Event”
    “Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for PageView Event”

    Hello,

    It’s either a false positive, or a particular situation where the data was not correct. Like a user with a non-valid phone number, or email address, or zip, etc.

    It can also be a bot generating events with non-valid data.

    It can happen, there is nothing we can do, and it’s not a serious issue.

    Ok, thanks! I click on resolved, let’s see if it comes back.
    I also added my domain to the positive list of facebook filtering
