invalid email

    Reset the password using your username instead :

    First thank you for your help. I input in Barb2000. It then asked me to put in my email address to send me the reset password. I am still getting the message

    Please enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.

    ERROR: There is no user registered with that email address.

    I am stuck. Please advise. I get all correspondence from WordPress to [email protected]. I don’t get it.

    You should be able to reset using your username.
    Did you try the forget password form on your Yahoo address ?

    I haven’t been using my Yahoo account. I did try to use the yahoo email address and pass word, but I got the same response of error and invalid.

    WordPress sends email to my gmail account when they update my website. Yesterday, I received an email to my gmail account that there was a comment that needed approval on my website.

    This seems so bizarre and there is no way to contact WordPress to straighten out this mess.

    I am up for suggestions. Again, I very much appreciate your help.

    Just to let you know. I contacted Ionos. The yahoo account was listed in the settings. The tech helped me change everything. It is working fine now.
