Hi..
I am having the same occurrence. I even created a new user, thinking it was some configuration error.
I logged into https://api-console.zoho.com/ with the new user and took the steps to create WordPress access to the webmaster email account. An error occurs indicating an account error. But I did the checks and everything is correct.
What is happening?
