    Hi,

I just installed your plugin, and the website on which I installed it also has JetPack installed. Since the installation, I get warnings repeatedly from your plugins in the WordPress logs.

    Here’s the warning I get :

[13-Mar-2024 15:09:15 UTC] PHP Warning: Invalid Jetpack option name: recommendations_banner_enabled in /home/clients/1455be5bd2c72128093f4b5aba20db70/sites/lediamant.ch/wp-content/plugins/google-listings-and-ads/vendor/automattic/jetpack-connection/legacy/class-jetpack-options.php on line 231

I just updated the plugin but it did not fix this problem. Any idea what’s going on ?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey there, @tmnewslang! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

Have you tried disconnecting Jetpack and connecting it again?

You mentioned you updated the plugin, do you mean Google Listings & Ads? Is Jetpack also up to date? What about WooCommerce?

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

Hi, thanks for the quick answer !

And sorry to have bothered you with this, it most likely wasn’t caused directly by your plugin : I updated JetPack and WooCommerce and reconnected JP, and now the warning seems to have disappeared.

Thank you for your help 🙂
