We have several sites that are continuing to generate invalid JSON emails daily. We have followed the steps outline in another post here:

    1. Clear all plugin and server-level caches – including browser, page, and CDN caches where applicable.
    2. Clear all site transients using a plugin or wp transient delete --all via WP-CLI.
    3. Reset Solid Security’s scheduler after enabling debug mode, in Security > Debug, schedule tab > Reset.

Another customer also mentioned that an outdated Google Analytics
code was causing a JSON error that interrupted the scan, so if you have
GA set up on your site, I’d recommend checking it, too.

No effect. The errors are still being generated.

    What should we try next?

Note: we are using the Pro version. I attempted to submit a support request there but the form crashed/froze. Sigh.

    Hello @metricmedia,

My apologies for the slow turnaround here!

Could you please confirm if you’re still getting the Invalid JSON errors on your Site Scan emails? If so, can you try reach out to us again via priority support?

    Looking forward to your response.

If you run into any more issues, please feel free to open a new thread and we’ll be glad to help.
