Invalid key

    Hello,

    We have just installed the plugin and it looks like it will do what we need but we are having a couple of issues…

    The first is when a new user signs up, a box comes up at the top which says “www.durableportal.co.uk says… and then there is no message to tell the user their account is awaiting approval.

    The second, is once a new user is approved, the link in the email it says goes to the log in page and says “Invalid Key” and doesn’t allow the user to set their new password

    Are you using any plugin for modifying the registration and login page?

    We are using a product called Download Manager but they don’t offer anything to restric access to pages without a log in, hence we have downloaded your plug in.

    How can the issues above be fixed?

    Hi @durableuk,

    It seems the registration shortcode of the download manager is not compatible with our plugin. Please test it with the default registration of WordPress.
