So fix the invalid address in your contact form.
wordpress@serverip
is not a valid email address, agreed?
If you can’t figure out how to fix your contact form, there’s an option in Postman Advanced Settings > Message > Message From > Email Address > Prevent plugins from changing this that will prevent the contact form from overriding the address you already set up in Postman.
None of the messages I’ve tried to test send have been delivered
Are you saying Postman’s Test Email messages aren’t being delivered, either?
I was aware that wasn’t a valid address but am not the plugin dev and have a solution based on having a lot of experience with this plugin. What you mentioned though did work and there needs to be more info about this error message since there wasn’t any in the support forum yet.
Thanks
I need a Wiki or something where I can document this stuff.
I’d be happy to setup up something professional, beautiful, fast and secure for you. I am firing up a new business that uses state of the art tech to do things like SQL replication, Redis Caching, MemSQL (which is now compatible with WordPress;) and other cool server speed optimizations like load balancing, CDNs, etc. etc. etc.. I am also a network security specialist and make each server VERY secure, way more secure than any CPanel installation and do relentless rootkit/malware scanning on both the VPS and CMS, among many other things. It’s all custom made and tailor fit for each clients specific needs and very affordable. We can do social nets and wikis as well. Feel free to ping me if interested: [email protected]
The site will be up Friday along with a new business email address but until then feel free to ping me at the address I mentioned.
Cheers
