Invalid or corrupted PDF

I am using the latest versions, but I received a message stating “Invalid or corrupted PDF.” The PDF file works fine for me and on the website, but it does not function properly with PDF Embedder.
Additionally, my clients using iPhones or iPads are experiencing an issue where they cannot scroll the page in full-page mode—it freezes on the first page.
Could you please help resolve these issues?
