    Hi, I’ve installed your plugin but there are times that our customers are getting “Invalid Payment Method” when they tried to pay via paypal. So what happen is, when a customer select paypal payment. they fill in the details, after pressing “confirm”, it goes back to the checkout page on site. When they press the final checkout on the woo site, it shows that error.

    I have checked the website and attempted to create an order and did not run into the error, so it’s hard to tell you what is causing this. The “Invalid Payment Method” error can be caused by a wide range of situations, and we would need to take a closer look at your system report and logs in order to get an idea of what could be causing this.

    Can you please provide us with the system report and the logs from our plugin? You can copy these log files from here:

    • WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
    • WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “zettle-pos-integration-[…]” in the dropdown and click on view.
      When we have this, we can take a look for known conflicting plugins or other issues.
