Invalid posts in sitemap

    I’m getting invalid posts being listed in the XML sitemap.

    Seems to be a conflict with the ‘getlasso.co’ (Lasso) plugin.
    When i add a Lasso product link (e.g. an Amazon product), this appears in the site’s sitemap.xml (generated by TSF plugin).

    The link in the sitemap is to a url on my site, but that then is redirected to the AMZ product page that i linked to in Lasso.
    I know adding a Lasso link adds something to the wp_posts table, so maybe TSF is picking something up that it shouldn’t.

    Any ideas?

    Fixed! I found the tick box for ‘lasso urls’ under the exclusions tab (not sure why i missed it first time round 🙂

    I’m glad to see you found the resolution yourself!

    Yes, the post type appears to be incorrectly registered, for it is publicly queryable when it shouldn’t be.

    You may want to contact the plugin author of the Lasso product plugin about this issue so they can take a look.
