Upon checking from my end, it seems that there’s a bug with the API of Instagram. I’ve escalated this to our development team and I’ll be sure to keep you updated regarding this matter.

I had contacted them through a support ticket, but they seemed to be having a bit of trouble responding.
Fortunately, the plugin was updated today and is now working successfully.
Apologies for the delay on this. Due to changes in the Instagram API as of December 2024, Instagram (Facebook) have only made the API available to Business and Creator Instagram accounts.
Version 1.4 of the plugin has just been released with support for the new API. You can upgrade your Instagram account during the login flow in the plugin. You can disconnect your Instagram account in the plugin and login again. Instagram will prompt you to change your account type.
Apologies for the issues here, changes to the Instagram API are out of my control.
Hi, we still get this issue. and still unable to login IG account here’s the plugin version that we are on. Version 1.9.9
Any suggestions on how we can fix this?
