Invalid Security Token

And what is this reader trying to do at the time of the error?
Post a comment.
Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
no and yes. I had twenty eleven until a couple days ago and she said she was having issues then, she just hasn’t told me until today.
I was having commenting issues with replies so I had them (wordpress) working on that and I deactivated all the plug ins and she was still having issues.
I am unfamiliar with the last one. I do have a plug in I have never activated that came with my wp. Akismet is sitting there deactivated. Should I delete it?
o I had them (wordpress) working on that
Sorry? This isn’t a wordpress.com site, is it? ww.wp.xz.cn does not offer any paid support services.
o I had them (wordpress) working on that
No. Leave that one alone. You will need it at some point.
You are not running Twenty Eleven – you are running Weaver. You are also running some plugins – including Jetpack. Please see the link I posted above for details of how to reset your plugins folder.
okay thanks. I guess it was Jetpack that was working on it.
I am not on 2011 but was until a couple of days ago. She says she has been having issues for longer than that.

One of my readers sent me a message that said:
I get the phrase “invalid security token.”
However, they never ask me for any sort of verification. It just bumps me off. I believe I’ve tried to comment on three different posts, and the same message always pops up. It only happens on your blog. (Sorry.)
I am unsure how to rectify this issue. I don’t have an anti-spam filter activated.
Thanks,
Becca
