    Hi @rhartinger,

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about the trouble.

Could you please share the shortcode you’re using? If you’re not using a shortcode, you can edit the NextGEN Gallery block as HTML to retrieve it.

Additionally, please ensure you’re not using any legacy or custom templates for your gallery display type. You can verify this by going to “NextGEN Gallery > Gallery Settings > [Basic Thumbnails]”.

    Thanks!

    HI @rhartinger,

Thanks for providing us with the shortcode that you use. It looks fine to me.

Thanks for directly reaching out to our support team.

As a summary for everyone else reading – the gallery wasn’t displaying due to an issue with the shortcode being added to an Elementor Accordion module that was outputting caching content.

Disabling caching from Elementor Accordion’s settings has fixed the problem.

    Best Regards
    Mihai
