Invalid site key, cannot log into wp-admin

Hi,

I made a mistake when swapping domain names for 2 of my sites, and in my haste, I deleted the keys for both domains at https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin and recreated them thinking it will solve the issue.

Now I can’t login to both sites. I suspect it’s due to the keys still stored in the plugin at both sites.

How do I resolve this?
