    Hi,

    am getting below error.

    How to solve this? it is not practical to create template before for each notification.

    Below SMS was sent but, unfortunately, we could not deliver it​ ​due to invalid template match.
    Al Seller: A new vendor RITVIKA TRENDS added .

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    As per TRAI Guidelines any sms sent through transactional route, has to be pre-approved.

    Template approval is a one time process, and there is no need to request approval everytime before sending every notification.

    I can see an email thread from your end on [email protected], all emails are answered, and we even tried to call you to explain and help you resolve your concern, but unfortunately you did not answered our call.
