Hi dpmcalister,
thanks for reaching out and Happy New Year!
Advanced Ads Pro comes with Click Fraud Protection which might help in your case if the invalid traffic that AdSense is complaining about comes from users (or yourself) who accidentally or on purpose click suspiciously often on ads.
AdSense if very secretive about what they consider “invalid traffic” and how they measure it so there is probably no 100% proof protection without knowing where it comes from. I personally believe that in most cases, it happens because the publisher, someone in their team or family clicks a bit too often on the ads without actually wanting to cause any harm. In that case, just let everyone know not do to that and AdSense should lift the ban eventually.
Good luck!
Best regards,
Thomas
Thanks for your prompt reply. I was hoping the Click Fraud Protection might solve the issue as I’m a “one-man-band” for the website and don’t have any other team members. It’s also unlikely that my family would click on them, but I can double-check. I guess I’ll just have to wait and see what AdSense do. I wish they would tell you what’s causing the issue so that you can actively resolve it though. Would make life a lot easier.
Thanks again. I really like your plugin and, once my Adsense is sorted, will be buying the Pro version if only to support your work.
Thanks for your kind words and support!
Would you find a minute to say it here?
Thanks!
Thomas
