    Hello world!

    Okay, so i have this troubleshoot: MEZREERU

    First problem: LiteSpeed Cache: QUIC.cloud service nodes cannot reach your WP REST endpoints. Please check your WordPress or firewall setup. Check your QUIC.cloud dashboard for more details.

    It show up like about two months ago. I was trying to do this solution: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/troubleshooting-guide-wpapi-echo-data-failure/

    and everything is fine. My ip match.

    Second one show up today (I did some changes in LSC settings, and I did cleaning of database by WP-Optimize yesterday, but i don’t think it caused the problem, but maybe?

    It’s shared hosting, yes it’s server IP.

    I have got some kind of error at server log:

    I don’t know, maybe it’s important 🙂 It show up like 95 times, from time 00:50:09 (CST+1) till 01:23:01.

    not exactly , it’s “warning” but error , PHP can tolerate

    now I wonder how do you get the server log on shared hosting , but if you can get your hands on that, please check the server log about the IP/time aforementioned , see if you can find the request

    I have access trough DirectAdmin, but there is no root access.

    Server log is cleared, so I can’t check what was before.

    I just send again , around 23:57 UTC +0 , I send 5 requests, but only 1 request gets through

    ou, there is new error in wordpress: Nie udało się nawiązać komunikacji z serwerem QUIC.cloud: Nieznany błąd: unknown [server] [service] ucss

    I’ve seen it and then don’t…

    Anyway, sorry, my bad, and I send new log, because there happen few new things, and now pass is good for sure

    that error message is normal , my test request is not normal notify request, so it will error out

    now , please wait for it triggers again from nodes itself , you can see the timing and IP in QC dashboard -> notification , at that moment , check again the access log , see if that request reached your server and if so , what was reponse

    Done. There is hour gap between server time and quic.cloud time.

    there you go

    something on your server blocked this request with 403 response

    you may need to check with your hosing provider to figure out why or how it ends up in 403 error
