Hi The site is http://www.trikego.com in wordpress, we are completing the e-commerce, I have been blocked on PayPal for a few days. I installed the PayPal plugin on woocommerce, using the tokens provided in the dashboard at https://developer.paypal.com/developer/applications/ but choosing the PP button both from the product page and from the cart page, from two errors, which do not I understand where they originate from.

Given the ongoing criticality, the ecommerce part cannot be reached from navigation, but from the url https://trikego.com/it/negozio/ and I would ask you to do this yourself, to see the two errors, which I report with the 2 following images:

ERROR FROM PRODUCT PAGE BY CHOOSING THE PP BUTTON https://ibb.co/nrfS0fw

ERROR FROM CART PAGE, choosing PP as payment method after having correctly filled in the fields https://ibb.co/dQK2610

I have installed and compiled the plugin correctly, can you identify where the errors are generated? If that were the case, I would open a special user for the backend of the site for you. Thanks for your support. Awaiting your reply, my best regards. Bruno

    Hi @brnwp,

The manually entered API credentials are incorrect. Specifically, the Client ID provided in invalid. If you are not sure which credentials are needed, then please try connecting your account with the onboarding wizard as described in the documentation: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments/#connect-paypal-account
This will automatically create a new REST application and insert the appropriate credentials for you. This is the best way to avoid issues with invalid credentials. Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas
