hi to all, i am facing problems with the amazon pay plugin. The amazon pay merchant is UK based but requires to receive payments in € EURO currency. By default amazon pay uk accepts only payments in sterling pund. so i installed the FOX – Currency Switcher Professional for WooCommerce plugin, set pound sterling as default currency and added € currency. no matter how many different types of configuration combinations i try, live amazon pay transaction results into “invalidrequest” error message.
Has anyone faced the same issues? has someone any idea how to fix this? though i set debugging in the amazon pay plugin, logs dont show any errors, as it seems that the amazon gateway api response is not captured. any help is warmly appreciated

    Hey @biggi23 ,

    Hope you are doing well!

this thread is related to this one. There was a change on Amazon Pay API so we need to adapt the plugin. right now all multicurrency transactions are not working. you can rollback to version 2.2.3 or wait until the end of September when we intend to release the fix for this issue.

Let me know if that helps.

    Best,
    Christian

hey @christian1983 , thx for your response which meanwhile answers all my failed attempts to get it run. anyway, is there maybe some code-snippet available to implement into the functions.php to get it run with the latest plugin version? thx for your help in advance, appreciate

    Hey @biggi23 ,

the release of the fix should happen at the end of this week or the beginning of the next one.

    Hey @biggi23

Hope you are doing well and thanks for your patience!

We were about to release a fix, but seems that Amazon Pay fixed its own API so now the version 2.5.0 should work fine.

Also, in order to avoid having issues on your production site, we recommend you make all updates on staging first, run some tests to confirm that nothing went wrong, and only then perform the updates on production.

    Best,
    Christian
