Inventory Counts Not Transferring

There are over 200 products in my online shop, but it appears that only 1 of them has an inventory that is transferred over into Facebook to be able to sell. The rest of the products transferred over, but they are all showing out of stock in my Facebook shop when they do have a quantity in WooCommerce. I have a self-hosted WooCommerce shop.
