Inventory with Square Integrations

    Hi,

    I have set up an inventory item through the inventory manager in Fluent. However, the items we are selling through the form (a place in one of several group classes) are also available at POS in our business. We had been using Square to manage the remaining places in the classes, but I’m not sure of any way to link these two inventories, or to have just one inventory and have it update both when an item is sold either online or in the business.

    Any advice appreciated!!

    Hello there,

    I am afraid it is not possible to link Fluent Forms inventories with any other inventories. If you are selling on different platform in addition to Fluent Form inventories, you may divide the total quantities and add different portion to different stores.

    For instance, if you have 100 items, you can sell 50 via Fluent Forms inventories and the rest 50 items can be sold using the POS.

    Other than that, there aren’t any other options available.
