    hello i d like to know if this form has possiiblity to use a invitation code, ar something similar, that allow me to track the user that register, and knowing which of my rapresentative has invited him

    Hi @stefanocps

    Here’s one possible way to do this with Forminator:
    Create a unique URL with a query parameter for each of your representatives to use: ex http://localhost:10008/sample-page/?ref_code=888

    Then create a Hidden Field in your form with these setting – https://i.imgur.com/0lO6UfK.png

    This field will capture the “ref_code” from the URL and submit it along with the data your user filled in the form.
