Invite WP-Users + accept/deny

Hello Joe!

First of all I really like your plugin. It is very simple (to understand) but also very customizable. It is actually the perfect calendar plugin for my use-case. Except for one missing feature. I have already browsed your docs and the topics here, but I did not find any hint for what I am looking for.

Is there any possibility to invite wp-registered-users to an event, where they are able to accept or deny the invitation? We also would like to have the possibility make events only visible for a special group e.g. Teamleads.

I have already tried several other calendar/event plugins, but all of them are mostly like e.g. booking an appointment with an doctor or you have to buy a $200 ++ premium licence for that key feature. Since we are just a small team we cannot afford that.

My use-case:

We are an open airsoft team and we are currently migrating from Jimdo to a self-hosted WordPress instance. We have several other external tools for our needs e.g. spielerplus for managing our events (parties, gamedays, online meetings etc.). We also would like to migrate all those external tools to our WordPress site. We already have a user login (Ultimate Member) and several groups. In the future we would like plan our gamedays and meetings through a calendar where logged in user are able to create events and invite all or groups to this event. Only invited users should see the event. Not logged in users may be able to see an overview with less details of the event.

If I was completly blind and this is documented somewhere, I would be happy for a short link to the docs. If not I would like to know if it would be possible to add such a feature (and maybe how long it would take). We could consider to buy the “Site Owners” license if you plan to make it a pro feature (we can afford the $59).
