Hi! I’m not sure what you mean by ‘the total did not deduct the payment amount’. Are you using a partial payment plugin? The invoice generated by this plugin always shows the full order total and does not take any pre-payments into account as that is not standard WooCommerce functionality.
hi, because i just downloaded 2 days ago, but i have transactions that is transacted earlier on, then when i click on invoice, it shows the total amount didn’t deducted.
is there a way i can show to you the screenshot here? or via email?
Thank you.

I think I understand what you mean, but WooCommerce regards the grand total as the total cost of the invoice, there is no concept of payments. What plugin do you use for this? Could you also upload a screenshot of the totals from the emails for comparison? The totals should be the same there.
Hi,
i went to my order and resend the order and invoice (https://i.imgur.com/cT2S8fz.png),but when i received in email, i only get the order, but no invoice (https://i.imgur.com/Nj4szOk.png).
Shouldn’t the invoice is attached together with the order? in the order from WC, only show the payment method, the total still showing the same, no deduction. but invoice should be showing more correctly amount after deduction, provided if customer have make payment.
Also, here is the SC for the payment gateway i am using (https://i.imgur.com/QvEo5fW.jpg)
i am running Multi Vendor marketplace in my website, and i am doing cash back promotions using the e-Wallet.
Thank you.

Hello Benedict,
Shouldn’t the invoice is attached together with the order?
Only if you have set it up to attach to this specific email in the PDF Invoice attachment settings (WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice, “Attach to:”). It sounds like you may have only attached it to the regular/automatic status emails. The name of this email is confusing, I agree, but that’s how WooCommerce has named it and it’s not something we can just change.
n the order from WC, only show the payment method, the total still showing the same, no deduction. but invoice should be showing more correctly amount after deduction, provided if customer have make payment.
That confirms my suggestion that this is an issue in the ipay88 / e-wallet plugins. If this is fixed for the emails, the invoice will also be corrected automatically. Unfortunately this is not something I can fix from my end because it’s a third party integration. WooCommerce does not have a concept of partial- or prepayments built into core.
Hope that helps though!
Hi Ewout,
Thank you very much for the info above.
