invoice display problem

    Hi
    i have problem with viewing invoices in browser.
    i need to see invoice in browser tab for customizing template, content and styles.
    in General Setting > Download Options > View PDF, i try width both options “Download” and “Open in new browser tab” and both of theme do same act and just download pdf invoice and don’t display it in html format. but i need to see invoice in html format.
    can you help me on this pls
    WP 4.9.8
    WC 3.4.5
    Plugin version 2.9.16
